Building a technology center

Description and objective 

Expansion of existing research and innovation capacity by building a development and testing center for the area of ​​machines and tools. Expanding the current capabilities that the applicant's R&D and testing center enables.

The list of assets acquired in the Construction of a Technology Center project and the list of tests that can be performed on these devices:

• inclinometer: measuring the accuracy of machine tools and equipment with the possibility of issuing a report
• laser interferometer: measuring the positioning accuracy of machine tools and machinery with the option of issuing a protocol, introducing SW compensation
• clamping force meter: measuring the clamping force of machine tool spindles
• universal machining center: machining performance tests and tests to evaluate the economy of the production process
• 3D measuring arm: precision measurement of machine parts and assemblies with the possibility of issuing a protocol, the possibility of scanning the surfaces of complex machine parts
• equipment for machine tool diagnostics: diagnostics of the accuracy of the interpolation of the feed axes of machine tools and equipment with the possibility of issuing a protocol
